    Parks staff will begin turning water on in the parks today. Park restrooms and water fountains at Williams Park, Stephens Park, Cardinal Park, and Virgil Park will be open to the public by the end of the day. 

    Restrooms at Arbuckle Acres Park be opened tomorrow, April 7.
